The spring is here…and so are the liberty prints!
Almost at the same time that the Corte Inglés department store announces that its springtime, the shops (and the streets) get full of floral prints What some people dont know is that there is an specific print that stays all over the years and is still on fashion: the liberty print.
Some history Where does liberty print come from?
The origins of the liberty print go back to 1939, when Arthur Lasenby Liberty, a british (and clever) businessman, decides to set up a company called Liberty&Co, which becomes popular because of its small flower prints fabrics.
Nowadays Liberty&Co still exists, and they keep on selling things made with its liberty print.
