Christmas greeting cards with kids
Alright, it’s a universal fact that the cutest babies in the world are our dearest ones (sons, nephews, grandsons,…). But hey come on! Although a single picture of your baby would definitely make a super Christmas greeting card, why not be a little bit more creative and surprise all the family and friends with a stunning picture?
There’s no doubt that our baby looks lovely with that Santa hat on but there are other options which are not only beautiful but also very original.
Thats why, although we all have a creative minimoi inside, we want to share with you some inspiring great ideas that will not only make your small one look awesome but will also awaken the daddy-razzi you’ve got inside.
Lights, Camera,… Action!
Christmas ligths are not only perfect for decorating your Christmas tree. They can also be used for your terrace, garden and… your sweetie pie! Just remember to handle with care…
Little Teddy bear
Haven’t you often thought that your kid was like a little teddy bear? Now it’s time to prove it! Dress him up and give him some “animal” company! This brilliant idea is from Happinés photographer.
Here’s a similar picture from Jen Wolff.
And why not taking a picture from behind? This one is from Andrea Burns.
A small present
The little present shot is also cool. Just put your baby inside a presents box and add his name on it with a banderole for giving it the master touch.
Sleeping Baby
This is an image from Adele Enersen, a mother that one day had a great idea: taking pictures of her little daughter while she was sleeping, and surrounding her by fantasy sceneries on the floor.
Its a pitty that I cant show you more images of hers because she forbidds it in her blog. Anyway, this picture is from her book When my baby dreams that will be available in January. You have to visit her blog “Mila’s daydreams” to see more pictures, I recommend it!
Coloured Backgrounds
This idea is brilliant and really easy: put different coloured backgrounds on the floor and prepare a collage of your baby.
To see the making off check Young House Love.
Photobooth
What about preparing a photobooth? Give your kids some gadgets and funny faces will automatically come up getting you a hilarious result.
You can find these masks on Paper and Cake.
Little reindeer
Why do we always think of Santa but forget his reindeer when taking pics? A reindeer always looks great…
Family photos
Can you imagine your whole family holding a Merry Christmas banderole in such a bohemian street? Brilliant!
So, this is it. We hope you enjoy being daddy-razzis this Christmas!
